It is also helpful to classify your opponents into one of the four basic player types: LAG’s, TAG’s, LP Fish, or super tight Nits. After the first betting round is complete the dealer deals three cards face up on the table. These are called the flop. Then the players can again bet on their hand and try to make a poker hand from the community cards.
Once the flop is dealt the dealer then deals a fourth card on the table that all players can use. This is the turn. Then the final card is revealed which is known as the river. After this betting again takes place to determine who has the best poker hand.
